A step-by-step guide to signing up for the RMC Asia Trophy or RMC Thailand — from creating your account to being ready at the track. The steps are the same for both series; only the classes and fees differ. Choose your championshipเลือกรายการแข่ง

Home pageหน้าแรก

On the home page, click the Join The Race. button. A “Which championship?” window opens — choose RMC Asia Trophy or RMC Thailand. You will be taken to the member sign-up page.

Create your member accountสร้างบัญชีสมาชิก

Choose your account type — you set this once at sign-up and it stays with the account:

  • Individual Racer — register and manage your own driver(s) — yourself, or your family — and pay for their entries yourself. You can add more than one driver.

Enter your first & last name, email, phone number, and a password (at least 8 characters), agree to the terms, and click Create Account.

💡 Running a team? You can add a driver directly from your dashboard (the driver’s email is required — it’s their key to claim their own account later), or invite an existing Individual driver by Member ID. Register your participantลงทะเบียนผู้เข้าร่วม (นักแข่ง)

Dashboard → + Add Driverแดชบอร์ด → + Add Driver

From My Dashboard, click “+ Add Driver” and complete the driver form:

  • Personal details — name, date of birth, nationality, address, body­weight, passport, shirt size.

  • Competition licence — your ASN licence number, status and issuing country.

  • Class & Kart No. — choose your class and reserve your kart (start) number.

  • Vehicle — chassis, engine, tyre, transponder. (Individual accounts also enter the entrant here; for team accounts the entrant is filled from the team profile automatically — nothing to type.)

Click Submit — the driver now appears under My Participants.

  • RMC Asia Trophy — includes the Asia-only DD2 / DD2 Masters classes; Masters may also run the paired base class (ควบรุ่น), with a per-event surcharge.

  • Joint Race rounds — when a round is shared between series, tick the paired series too so your entry counts for both.

Choose your eventsเลือกรอบการแข่งขัน

Dashboard → Series & Eventsแดชบอร์ด → Series & Events

On your participant’s row, open Series & Events and tick the RMC Asia Trophy rounds you want to race. Click Register — a confirmation popup shows the itemised entry fee. Review it, then confirm.

Make the payment for your selected rounds and upload your proof of payment. Your entry moves to pending confirmation until the organiser verifies it.

Upload the documents required for your entry — such as your competition licence and any items requested for your class. Keep them ready before the event.

Become a Driver at the trackยืนยันตัวเป็นนักแข่งที่สนาม

On event day, visit the Race Office to complete registration, tyre and scrutineering. Once the office enables you, your status becomes an active Driver (③) — you’re on the entry list and ready to race.

Once you’re registered, My Dashboard shows your status and My Schedule shows the timetable for your own class (teams see every class). Keep an eye on the notification bell 🔔 — you’ll be alerted when your payment is confirmed, when the Race Office enables you as a Driver, and with a reminder before each of your sessions and before race day.
